Mmatema Moremi and Tshepo Gavu

February is the month of love – so it was appropriate that “Idols SA” runner-up, Mmatema Moremi, walked down the aisle in a deep-red wedding gown to marry her fiance, producer Tshepo Gavu. They tied the knot in Moremi’s home village of Moletlane, Limpopo.

Kwesta and Yolanda Mvelase

“Let’s make music forever,” wrote Kwesta in an Instagram tribute to his new wife, Yolanda Mvelase. In March, the rapper wed his sweetheart of seven years at the Thaba Eco Hotel in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Judging from their romantic first dance, they will be making music for years to come!

Bontle Modiselle and Priddy Ugly

All eyes were on this adorable couple, who rocked matching blue outfits at their traditional wedding ceremony in Kempton Park, Gauteng. At the reception, the actress and rapper kept up the fashion statement by wearing emerald-green outfits with brown highlights. All’s fair – and fashionable – in love!

Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung

A wedding extravaganza to end all wedding extravaganzas, the couple tied the knot in a lavish traditional wedding in September at Motaung’s family home in Kibler Park, Johannesburg. From seven outfit changes to massive, multi-tiered cakes, no doubt they will pull out similar stops for their white wedding in January 2020.
