AKA Shuts Down DJ Zinhle’s Trolls

Beware, Internet trolls: AKA is not here to entertain you if you’re disrespecting DJ Zinhle’s hustle.

On Tuesday, 6 October, DJ Zinhle announced on her social media accounts that not only has she acquired equity in an international sparkling wine, Boulevard Nectar Rose, but that she has also been appointed as the brand’s CEO.

Needless to say, trolls tried to rain on the 36-year-old deejay and producer’s parade by comparing her to AKA’s ex-girlfriend, champagne queen Bonang Matheba.

When their efforts failed, they attempted to drag her baby daddy himself into the fray, but he was having none of it.

In response to a Twitter user saying that AKA lost a “real one”, the 32-year-old “Jika” hitmaker simply replied: “It’s weird how you can try and troll the pioneer of this entire industry while trying to discredit her success by involving me. Leave it alone man [sic].”

Way to go with that mature comeback, AKA!
