Amanda Black Quashes Fan-Fuelled Zahara Feud

Amanda Black has had enough of social media trolls trying to spark a feud between her and fellow singer, Zahara.

Last Friday, 17 April, Black tweeted that she was “scared” of Zahara’s singing ability.

When tweeps expressed that she should be, the songstress seemingly changed her mind before playfully telling them that the “Loliwe” hitmaker can “bring it on”.

However, fans of both artists took the “Amazulu” star’s comments to heart, and argued back and forth on whether or not she was being disrespectful.

Ultimately, Black stepped in and told the two fandoms that she was not intentionally trying to be shady about Zahara’s vocal abilities.

She tweeted: “This was supposed to be harmless fun .. please leave me and Zahara alone now.”

In a response to a user who reckoned that she did not need to justify her tweets, Black reiterated: “Theres [sic] no beef here and they tryna [sic] create it.”

Zahara has yet to chime in with her own thoughts on the matter.
