Andile Mpisane’s Sudden Marriage Shakes Social Media

There’s never a boring moment in Mzansi but Andile Mpisane set the social media landscape ablaze on Friday night, 17 December, when he shared the sudden news of his marriage via Instagram Stories.

In a viral video – that was shared across Twitter – the 20-year-old Royal AM chairman can be seen getting down on one knee, surrounded by a heart consisting of roses, to propose to a smiling Tamia Louw, who said yes.

In the caption, he shared that he felt “blessed to have found an amazing woman who shares the same goals as me.”

Now the shocking part is that everyone had expected Mpisane to wed with Durban deejay, Sithelo Shozi, seeing as she is the mother of his two children; not to mention their relationship was made official on Instagram earlier this year, and he bought her a luxury car just last month.

However, it looks like the 25-year-old model and social media influencer won the ring in the end, and can now claim the title of Mrs Mpisane.

Some social media users had mixed feelings about the sudden union, but the general sentiment is one of congratulations for the new couple.
