Are Kagiso Rabada and Sho Madjozi Dating?

South African cricket player, Kagiso Rabada, is insistent that he is not dating Xitsonga songstress, Sho Madjozi.

The 24-year-old fast bowler and the 27-year-old “John Cena” hitmaker were spotted chatting at the NBA All-Star basketball game, which took place in Chicago, Illinois on 16 February.

Per reports, the pair looked like they were really into each other, with one photo posted on Rabada’s Instagram showing them appearing to get close.

In a recent interview, Rabada shot down rumours of a romance, saying that they were just friends.

He explained: “A year and a half ago, we were chatting on Instagram, then we just became friends. We’ve been friends ever since.”

When asked if he would want the friendship to develop into something more, Rabada answered: “That’s a cliché, we’ll just wait and see.”

We’ll take the Proteas star’s words for it, but only time will tell if his friendship with Madjozi will become a romantic relationship.
