Ashley Ogle in Paternity Drama With Sweet Guluva

The whirlwind romance between Big Brother Mzansi contestants Ashley Ogle and amapiano star Sweet Guluva (Mawande Mtyamde) has spiralled into a public legal battle. According to reports, the relationship has collapsed amid a “paternity drama” that has captivated social media.

The friction intensified after the couple’s recent split, leading Sweet Guluva to demand a DNA test for Ogle’s newborn child. The musician has reportedly questioned the child’s paternity, citing timelines that he claims do not align with their relationship. 

Responding to the public scrutiny, Ogle expressed her frustration with the situation, stating, “I am exhausted by the constant need for validation and the public shaming that comes with it.”

Sources close to the couple suggest that the dispute has now moved toward the courts. Legal representatives for Sweet Guluva confirmed that they are seeking a formal paternity test to provide clarity. 

“Our client is simply seeking the truth for the sake of all parties involved, especially the child,” a legal spokesperson remarked. Guluva also maintains that he has been denied access to the child.

Meanwhile, Ogle has maintained that she is focused on her recovery and motherhood, telling followers on social media, “My priority is my baby, not the noise.” The drama marks a sharp turn from late 2025, when the pair were frequently seen as one of the industry’s most high-profile “it” couples.
