Two South African celebrities are set to welcome babies soon!

“Isibaya” actress, Asavela Mngqithi, revealed that she was pregnant via an Instagram post on Thursday, 7 May.

Sharing a photo of herself cradling her burgeoning belly, Mngqithi wrote in the caption: “The best thing I’ve ever done, I can’t wait to meet you … I feel confident and happy to introduce you to the world.”

This will be her first child with her partner, whose identity has so far been kept under wraps by the actress.

Meanwhile, musician Dr Malinga revealed that his wife of seven years, Boitumelo, has not one, but two buns in the oven.

The “Via Orlando” hitmaker confirmed that twins were on the way on Instagram, where he shared a video of Boitumelo’s ultrasound scan on Monday, 4 May.

The couple already have three children together. Their most recent addition, a son named Linga, was born in 2018.
