Fans Blast Khanyi Mbau’s Sketchy Photo Edits

Actress Khanyi Mbau has come under fire from social media users who took issue with how she edited a photo of her half-brother, YouTuber Lasizwe Dambuza.

Mbau recently uploaded a photo to her Instagram account of the pair attending a red-carpet event. However, eagle-eyed fans quickly spotted that Dambuza’s nose was edited to be smaller and sharper. His skin-tone also appeared lighter.

Additionally, Mbau edited the fit of the dress she was wearing, flattened her stomach and thinned her nose.

Dambuza uploaded an unedited photo to his social media accounts, which showed the siblings in all their unedited glory.

One user wrote: “A lighter shade & [sic] nose job on [Dambuza]. God really failed Khanyi Mbau for making her black.”

Another commented: “I hope [Dambuza] takes her to task. He should be super offended that [Mbau] did this to his African nose.”

However, Dambuza made light of the situation when he retweeted both the original and edited photos, asking his sister to pay for a real nose job.
