Halala! Phelo Bala and Moshe Ndiki are Engaged

Alilili! There’s ululation on every corner of Mzansi in celebration of love, as one of South Africa’s most adored celebrity couples, Moshe Ndiki and Phelo Bala, have announced that they’re getting married.

The couple took to Instagram to share the exciting news with their fans last night, Sunday, 1 September – Ndiki posted a picture of him holding a Champagne glass, showing off his engagement ring with the caption: “He proposed”.

Bala also added a snapshot taken at Northcliff Hill lookout spot, captioned: “He said yes!”

Bala reportedly surprised Ndiki with a romantic picnic and filled their room with rose petals and a framed collage of their favourite pictures as a couple. He then popped the question to the unsuspecting Niki.

The pair of musical artists started dating last year but kept it under wraps until January, when they made it official by posting their loved-up pictures on Instagram.

Fans have been losing their minds over the engagement news and flooding their timelines with congratulatory messages. Celebrities such as DJ Zinhle, Pearl Thusi, Minnie Dlamini, and more have all sent their well-wishes.
