Is This Star Leaving “Imbewu: The Seed”?

Actress Nqobile Ndlovu is set to leave the daily drama series, “Imbewu: The Seed.”

According to reports, the 26-year-old star – who plays Nokukhanya Bhengu on the popular show – is leaving the production because she refused to sign a new contract until the producers agreed to give her more money.

Speaking to a media outlet, an anonymous source spilled the tea about Ndlovu’s snubbed money demands.

They explained: “At the beginning of the year, Ndlovu refused to sign a new contract. The producers of the show then were forced to put her on schedule, but she failed to come for the shoots because she was not happy with the contract and the money that the producers were prepared to pay.”

Another source added: “Ndlovu was told that her contract was going to be renewed after two months. That made her angry.”

Neither Ndlovu nor Etv’s managing director, Marlon Davids, have not confirmed or denied the exit rumours.
