Itumeleng Khune is Done with Cheating Claims

It looks like Bafana Bafana and Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune, is thinking about taking legal action against a female Twitter user who accused him of cheating on his wife.

Last Saturday, 4 January, the user – who went by the handle, @Owamiwamii – claimed on her now-deactivated Twitter account that Khune was stepping out on his pregnant wife, Sphelele Mak, to have an affair with her.

She alleged that the footballer left her lips “purple” after engaging in a two-hour kissing session. To back up her claims, she also uploaded a selfie of her posing with Khune.

Needless to say, Khune was not impressed with the user’s allegations. In a question-and-answer Twitter session with his followers, he said that he had no idea why he keeps attracting hateful attention-seekers trying to defame him.

In a reply to a fan who remarked that he should take the matter to court, the footballer replied: “My lawyers are on it Fam [sic].”

Be warned, folks – Khune is not here to play games!
