Leaked: The Queen’s Highest Paid Actors Revealed!

A list of the highest paid actors of one of the most watched South African soapies, “The Queen”, has been revealed online.

Despite often being accused of unfair payment and employment terms, the show has remained in the top 3 of DSTV’s highest viewer rated.

Per reports, the lowest paid member of the cast is Thembsie Matu, who plays Mzansi’s favourite funny character, Patronellah – she is estimated to earn between R20 000 to R25 000 monthly.

Just above her is Loyiso McDonald, who both earn approximately between R30 000 to R35 000 monthly. Themba Ndaba, Zandile Msutwana and SK Khoza are also estimated to be in the same salary bracket as McDonald.

The latest recruits are said to be getting a bit more – with Jessica Nkosi, Rapulana Seiphemo and Ntando Duma receiving R40 000 to R50 000 monthly.

The salary of the show’s queen, co-creator and co-executive, Connie Ferguson, is not yet known.

However, The Fergusons are ranked the second richest actors in South Africa – which would seem to indicate that the queen earns fortune.
