MacG Reveals Why He Dumped Lamiez

Macgyver Mukwevho – also known as MacG – has stirred more online drama after revealing the reason behind his breakup with DJ Lamiez Holworthy.

During the last episode of “Podcast and Chill”, co-host, Sol Phenduka, teased the media personality about his relationship with Lamiez, saying he can’t claim to have dated her if they weren’t sexually active.

Phenduka said: “You didn’t smash so it doesn’t count. All of us have had those relationships, where one week [you date] and then the girl says ‘I’m going through things, I shouldn’t have said yes’.”

Mac G defended his former flame, then revealed why the relationship lasted for a brief moment: Lamiez took it too seriously, too soon.

He explained: “She wanted to introduce me to her parents, then I said nah I’m gone. I thought we were just having fun but then I realised that she is taking things very serious [sic].”

The news that shocked fans was the fact that Lamiez and MacG had dated last year, despite many not believing their being an item.

One user tweeted on Tuesday, 21 September: “Bathong! MacG used to date Lamiez?”

Lamiez has not publicly responded to the comments.
