Nutty Nys Joins 5FM’s “Sunday Sessions”

Sundays are about to become nutty, y’all, because powerhouse music producer Nutty Nys is joining 5FM!

Per reports, Nutty Nys – whose vast discography includes “The Promise”, “And Flowers”, “Ascend” and “Cage Paris” – is joining the Joburg-based radio station as the new host of “Sunday Sessions on 5”.

He replaces Alan “Kid Fonique” Nicoll, who will be focusing on his record label, as well as on his new position as Head of A&R at Defected Records.

With radio-hosting experience under his belt, Nutty Nys is excited to be joining 5FM and hopes to accomplish a lot.

“As one can expect from 5’s vibe, the show will be breaking fresh new music and artists, profiling labels and DJs, and chatting with iconic figures in the music space,” he explained.

“It’ll also be connecting with niche music collectives, movements and societies around the country, because they are at the forefront of the edgy music lifestyle.”
