Pabi Moloi Suspended for Alleged Rude Behaviour

Radio personality, Pabi Moloi, is once again making the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The 36-year-old presenter was reportedly taken off the airwaves last week for allegedly being rude and “sounding incoherent” while responding to a call-in listener during her radio segment, “POWER Weekend Breakfast”, on Power FM.

Senior employees at Power FM – believing Moloi to be drunk or sick at the time – are also wanting her to be charged for bringing the radio station into disrepute.

This incident comes a month after Moloi was arrested for driving under the influence.

She said at the time: “I was subsequently arrested for drinking and driving. I will submit myself to the process of the law. I understand the gravity of the potential damage I could have done, and I am so so [sic] sorry.”

Since Moloi’s suspension, sympathetic Power FM listeners have been calling for the radio station to address the call-in incident in detail.
