Somizi and Crew Throw a “Dadchelor” Party for Cassper Nyovest

Somizi Mhlongo and his close friends surprised rapper Cassper Nyovest with a drive-through surprise “dadchelor” party.

Back in June, the 29-year-old “Doc Shebeleza” hitmaker announced on social media that his long-term girlfriend, Thobeka Majozi, was going to make him a first-time parent.

It’s exciting times for the couple, as the countdown has officially begun until their bundle of joy arrives, and “Idols SA” judge Somizi couldn’t help but add a cherry on top with a unique party for the expecting dad.

Although traditional baby showers are usually planned for moms-to-be, some dads-to-be have started to embrace the idea.

Somizi shared a video on Thursday, 27 August, of the dadchelor party, showing Mufasa looking shocked as his friends sang “he is a jolly good fellow”. Nyovest thanked his friends and said although he hates surprises, they made him feel special.

He said: “First of all I don’t like surprises, but thanks, this is a dope surprise. Thanks for this, I feel so special.”
