Joe Mann is Leaving Jacaranda FM

Friday, 31 July 2026 is the last day that fans will hear Joe Mann on local radio station, “Jacaranda FM”.

Most recently, it was announced that Mann – who had been working as a sports broadcaster for “Jacaranda” since 2019 – would be leaving.

“We want to thank Joe for his dedication and the significant role he has played in our broadcasting team over the past seven years,” said Vuyani Dombo, the station’s managing director. “He has been a valued part of our journey, and we wish him nothing but the very best as he embarks on his next chapter.”

Mann also looked back on his time spent at the station, saying: “Being a part of the ‘Jacaranda FM’ team has been great. It reignited my love for radio and creative content that made you think, feel and laugh. The station and the people who work here will always have a special place in my heart.”

He will sign off for the last time on 31 July, when he will give his last sports bulletin during “The Drive With Rob and Roz” evening slot.
