Karabo Peter Joins Jacaranda FM

Karabo Peter is officially part of the “Jacaranda FM” family.

With a rich background in sports broadcasting, Karabo debuted as a sports presenter on the station’s “The Drive with Rob & Roz” evening slot on Monday, 3 August.

“It’s an honour to become part of an award-winning show, and it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly,” she said. “I’m looking forward to bringing my passion for sport and storytelling to listeners while learning from some of the country’s best broadcasters.”

“Jacaranda FM” programme manager, Ravi Naidoo, sang praises about Peter’s arrival at the station.

“Karabo is a talented young broadcaster who brings energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for sport,” said Naidoo. “We believe in creating opportunities for emerging voices to grow alongside experienced talent, and we’re excited to see her thrive on ‘The Drive with Rob & Roz.’”

Peter’s appointment comes after her predecessor, Joe Mann, signed off for the final time last Friday, 31 July.
