Shane Eagle Expecting Second Baby

Award-winning South African hip-hop artist Shane Eagle and his longtime partner, model and creative director Nicole “Nikki” Swartz, have officially announced that they are expecting their second child together. 

The couple, celebrated for their exceptionally enduring relationship within the local entertainment landscape, shared the joyful family milestone via a series of intimate updates on social media.

Eagle and Swartz, who famously showcased their long-term dynamic on the reality television series Love & Hip Hop South Africa, have been romantically involved for over fourteen years. Beyond their personal connection, the duo frequently acts as a collaborative creative team, with Swartz previously serving as the executive producer and art director for Eagle’s highly visual music projects, such as YellowVerse and Xenergy.

The couple has historically favoured a fiercely private approach regarding their domestic life, making the public pregnancy announcement a rare, highly celebrated glimpse into their growing family.

Reflecting on their journey and the experience of public life during their television debut, Eagle emphasized how grounding it was to work on joint ventures outside of music. “I think it’s really jiggy, because there is a cool balance of everybody bringing something different,” Eagle previously shared.
